BASIC CLUB RULES:
All lights and brakes must be in good working order. All members must follow ALL DMV, DEC, LOCAL & STATE LAWS Your ATV must be registered and insured and to be with your machine at all times. All members shall not exceed speeds deemed reasonable for riding conditions. Remember to ALWAYS respect the landowners’ property rights. Always ride with your headlights on (visibility is important) even during the day. Represent the club in a positive manner.

I, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge the above rules and regulations of the Tug Hill Wheelers ATV Club. I also acknowledge the risk of accident/injury to my person or property and to others. While riding I will not file suit against the Tug Hill Wheelers, its Board of Directors/ Members or any landowner where on or near designated trails, rides or facilities are located.
